What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-5 days to process your order and then between 4 and 9 days to deliver it to you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver mainly to France at the moment.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Charente-Maritime . Our logistics warehouse is located in Tremblay-en-France.

Do your products have any certifications?

Our products have CE certification, European standard.

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Yes, you have the Parcel Tracking tab at the bottom of the site or ask us via email at contact@ambrebody.fr.

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at contact@ambrebody.fr.

Do you have a refund policy?

We refund orders that have not yet been shipped.

No refunds are accepted while a package is in the process of being delivered.
